welcome
I'm the author of Zombie Queen of Newbury High, which is the story of what happens when a teenage girl tries to do a love spell, but instead she accidentally turns her entire senior year into zombies and then has to find a cure before she becomes next on their new flesh-only diet. But honestly, it could've happened to anyone... Zombie Queen of Newbury High is now in its third print run and not only did it make the New York Public Library's Stuff of the Teen Age 2010, but it has also been nominated for the YALSA popular paperback of 2011. My next young adult book, Fairy Bad Day is about a girl who suddenly starts to see invisible fairies. Invisible killer fairies. I've also got a mid grade series coming out about a girl who gets turned into a djinn the day before she starts sixth grade. So if you want to find out more about me and my books (or some cool zombie facts) then make sure you have a good look around! Amanda

Zombie Queen of Newbury High is a delightfully fun, fresh, and funny read! - Alyson Noel - NYT Bestselling author of Evermore Ashby's dialogue and familiarity with all things Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer) combine to create a light and addictive tongue-in-cheek homage to both standard romance novels and all things Goth.- Debbie Carton - Booklist |
